WIP330

This is the easiest and safest way to upgrade or downgrade your WIP330 firmware.

1. Make sure your WIP330 is plugged to the mains or to your computer with via USB.

2. Download the firmware you need to your computer. You can obtain the files from this Archive page of this website.

3. Using your computer's web browser open the WIP330 web page. This will be the same as the IP address
of the WIP330 on your network - for example 192.168.1.23. Just enter the address into the web browser as if it were a normal web page. It probably best to do with Internet Explorer rather than any other browser.

4. The WIP330 will ask you for a login and password. Depending on the firmware version you currently have it will be either Admin/0000 or admin/0000

5. Navigate to the firmware upgrade page - you may be prompted to ensure the WIP330 is plugged in - and
select the file you downloaded.

6. Press Upgrade and WAIT. This may take a few minutes do not be tempted to ubplug the WIP330 or to
browser to another web page. Go and make some coffee and touch nothing until it is complete. The
WIP330 screen may blank and then tell you the existing flash firmware is being erased and then that the new firmware is being installed. When complete the phone will reboot itself.

And that's it! All your existing SIP and network settings will be retained and the phone should just log itself on as usual. To be on the safe side you could back your settings up first, but that should not be necessary.
