WIP330

To upgrade to the latest firmware from version V1.00.06A or lower:

There are two steps to upgrade the firmware on the WIP330. These must be done in the sequence shown below:

Step 1
1. Plug in the USB charger to the WIP330 and power on the phone.
2. Connect the WIP330 to your wireless network.
3. Select Phone Settings from the WIP330 Main menu.
4. Select Upgrade
At Download URL: enter https://voip.linksys.com/wip330
At OS Image File: enter wip330_sbe.bin
5. Press Upgrade. Do not disconnect the power or turn off the WIP330 during the upgrade. When the upgrade is
complete, the WIP330 will automatically reboot.
6. Go to Step 2.

Step 2
1. Plug in the USB charger to the WIP330 and power on the phone.
2. Connect the WIP330 to your wireless network.
3. Select Phone Settings from the WIP330 Main menu.
4. Select Upgrade
At Download URL: enter https://voip.linksys.com/wip330
At OS Image File: enter wip330_fw.bin
5. Press Upgrade. Do not disconnect the power or turn off the WIP330 during the upgrade. When the upgrade is complete, the WIP330 will automatically reboot.

Note 1: If necessary the whole process can be performed by first downloading the files to your PC and with a web server there as the target address and upgrading over your own local network.
Note 2: Check out https://voip.linksys.com/wip330 with your PC web browser to see what files are available. After you have completed step 1 any of the available firmware versions there can be used.
